Hi, I'm Conor! I am a hardworking and determined aspiring software developer who has a real passion for computer science. I made my first hello world program in 2016 and I have been coding ever since. Throughout my career I aim to further expand and improve my knowledge and skills within the tech industry while working on meaning full projects. I'm at my happiest when I'm working on challenging problems and tasked with interesting projects.
I studied computer science at both GCSE and A-Level and I am currently in my second year studying for my BSc in computer science at the University of Exeter, I'm due to graduate in 2023. I have taken a total of 16 modules so far ranging from discrete maths to data structures & algorithms and I've enjoyed them all. My favourite module was a group software project module where we were tasked to make a web application as a group of 6.
I have made a variety of projects from personal projects, to coursework for my degree. You can view a list of my best projects Here.
Away from the keyboard, I am a photographer. I enjoy doing a variety of genres within photography, including astrophotography, wildlife photography, portrait photography, and event photography. During my second year of university I began working with societies within the student guild to photograph their events. Through doing commissioned work I've have been able to work on my time managerial skills, and ensuring clear communication with my clients so they can get the service that they ask for.
